4. Earth : It is the soil with which our body is formed.

Balance of these 5 Elements of Physical Human Body makes a body perfect and disease free. A slight imbalance can cause problems. For example a slight increase in fire element causes fever in the body.

So to live healthy maintain a proper balance of these 5 elements.

In this post we look at the 5 words which we get to listen everyday. Actually they are also the base of our life. Here they are:

1. Hi: It’s just a buzz word around most of the people round the world. It’s basically used for greeting someone when we meet them.

2. Hello: A word which we can't live without almost. I may miss saying Hi but Hello is also used over phone so its a great word for communication between people.

3. Sorry: To err is human and to regret the mistake is heavenly. With so much fast life now a days mistake are bound to happen and people will regret it saying sorry.

4. Ok: A word of agreement amongst the individuals. It is actually a short form of All Correct (OK). We normally use this word a lot daily saying Ok as you say.

5. Bye: A the start of the day we met someone said Hi and Hello to them. With some conflicts we regret by saying Sorry and Ok to agree on mutual points. Finally we are to go so we greet people y saying Bye.
